MightyMattresses knows that you may not always be 100% satisfied with your product, so we offer the most customer friendly return policies in the industry. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies.
If you are returning your item for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage (see below) then the return will fall under Buyer’s Remorse. This includes if you are unhappy with the firmness or comfort of the mattress.

You are only responsible for packaging and shipping the item back to us. Please remember that we did pay to get the item to you, which we will not recoup. Also, we cannot resell most used mattresses, so we gladly donate these to our local charities.
If you need to cancel your order before your item has physically shipped then you will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel your order after your item has physically shipped then we will deduct our original shipping fee from the refund.
Exchanges: Not 100% satisfied with your mattress purchase and want to make an exchange? No problem!
Manufacturer Defect or Damaged Items:
We receive defect or damage claims on less than .5% of all orders. In the extremely rare event you do receive an item with a defect or damage then we will replace your product and pay for the new shipping charges. However, you are required to email us pictures of the damage/defect and a picture of the tag on the mattress. Also, you must send us a 20” x 20” section of the damaged/defective product, so we may send to the manufacturer. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
*Some customers report a slight odor when they receive their new memory foam mattress. This is perfectly natural. The odor is not caused by the mattress itself, but rather it is a product of the packaging. We have tested thousands of mattresses in our showrooms and any odor associated with packaging dissipates within days. Therefore odor is not considered a manufacturer defect.
